Problem

5.1 Speakers only playing 2.1.three Speakers doesn’t work.

Why

The problem being a 5.1 speaker setup is functioning only as a 2.1 system. 

Check if the audio source is working well and check if the audio and speaker cables well connected.

Step 2: Update the sound card drivers on your PC.

Step 3:  Follow these steps to check the 5.1 Surround speaker configurations.

To test your speaker configuration and make sure that you're getting the best sound from your computer, follow these steps:

• Open Sound by pressing Windows key + X and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type sound, and then click Sound.

select speaker system

• Click the Playback tab, select your speakers, and then click Configure.

• Under Audio Channels, select 5.1 Surround and click Test. You should hear a tone play in each speaker

• Click Next, and then follow the directions to continue the configuration process.

How to connect speakers

Some Sound device or remote control option in input setup. so change input setup AUX to 5.1 Surround.   

Go to the sound card driver and feel more options .

Method 2 - AUX Stereo System

If you don t have 5.1 sound card don t worry try to AUX Output. But consider only stereo don t expect 5.1 surround.
